Prepare for takeoff – shoppers, diners and movie goers can now check-in at Bangkok’s Terminal 21 for transportation to global destinations. With nine themed storeys reflecting the ambience of leading world cities such as Rome, Paris, Tokyo, Istanbul, London, San Francisco and Los Angeles, the brand new upscale mall features replicas of world famous icons and landmarks.
A San Francisco tramcar sits perched precariously in the heights of the cathedral like glass fronted entrance for the use of steely nerved diners, while a reproduction of the Golden Gate Bridge straddles the breadth of the escalator intersection.

The London floor features well known street signs, an almost life sized double-decker bus, street artists and British bobbies. More elegant features adorn the floors of Paris and Rome, while samurai warriors and geisha themed artworks adorn the shops on the Tokyo level.
The travel themed shopping mall opened its doors to an inquisitive public on Tuesday October 11th. It sits right next to the Asoke Skytrain station at the junction of Asoke and Sukhumvit Road, and has direct access to the station. This means that the Sukhumvit MRT Metro station is also easily reached via undercover walkway.
Sitting atop the shopping centre are serviced apartments complete with a swimming pool and two tennis courts. The mall itself features cinemas, a supermarket, two food courts, restaurants, shops galore, an IT section and a sound stage for live performances.
