The China House at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok launched a promotion of outstanding Cantonese cuisine today (August 6th), when Michelin Star Chef Man-Sing Lee arrived from the hotel's sister outlet, Man Wah, in Hong Kong.  Chef Lee will be preparing his special range of dishes until August 12th for both lunch and dinner seatings.

Golden Tulip Samudra Suites Hua Hin held a press conference on an oceanic designed truck outside Central World in Bangkok on July 29th to announce their arrival as the latest hotel in the Golden Tulip chain of hotels.

The hotel follows in the footsteps of the recently opened Golden Tulip Sovereign on Rama 9 and Golden Tulip Madison Suites on Sukhumvit Road.

Baikingu Sunday Brunch Introduced at zuma Bangkok


A new concept in Sunday dining is now available at zuma Bangkok, with the launch of the unique izakaya informal dining style. 


Regulars of zuma in Hong Kong, Dubai and Miami have enjoyed the Sunday brunch for several years, and this popular ‘Baikingu Brunch’ is now available at zuma Bangkok, the vibrant Japanese restaurant located at the St. Regis Bangkok.


Children aged ten and under are welcomed complimentary for the unique Japanese izakaya brunch concept of informal eating and drinking, designed for groups of friends and families.


zuma’s Sunday Brunch is priced at Baht 1,280++ per person and is available from 11am to 3pm every Sunday.


Highlights of starters and salads from the open kitchen counters include a delectable array of live oysters, tuna tataki with marinated red onions and chilli ponzu, housemade tofu with barley miso, and chilled cold soba noodles - as well as hot appetisers from the charcoal Robata grill.

To celebrate the launch of their new menus, Crave Restaurant at Aloft Hotel hosted an evening for specially invited guests designed to invigorate the senses.  Labelled Crave Showcase, the exclusive evening presented a spectacular cooking demonstration by Executive Chef Nine and his team at the establishment’s open kitchen.

Welcome Day at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit in Bangkok



Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit Hotel and Residence, in association with Terminal 21 shopping mall, organized a Welcome Day for Corporate, Embassy and International Organisations located around the Asoke, Sukhumvit, Ploenchit and Wireless Road areas of Bangkok.

The aim was to boost awareness of the new hotel and mall by experiencing services first hand.  An afternoon tea session was followed by a cocktail reception at the Grand Ballroom, where guests were introduced to hotel and shopping centre staff.  A lucky draw featuring an iPad 3 was the grand culmination of the event.

Levels Club and Lounge Grand Opening Party in Sukhumvit 11, Bangkok


Bangkok's Sukhumvit 11 continues to grow trendier by the day, with the opening of the latest glitzy nightspot designed to enchant the city's groovers.

Levels Club and Lounge management staged their grand opening to a select band of VIP's and celebrities on July 11th, before opening the doors to the public later in the evening.  With queues quickly forming it was evident that this is the new place to be seen.

The nightclub sits atop the Aloft Hotel, is accessed by private elevator, provides indoor and outdoor settings, and is true to its word by providing different levels of entertainment.  The main dance floor sits downstairs and this is where the action happens, but more intimate retreats are provided upstairs and in the outdoor lounge area.

An intriguing new set of four designer cocktails have just been unleashed on the city's Sunday brunch crowd, with the unveiling of The Pomelo Martini, The Apple Mar-Thai-Ni, The Mango Basil Martini and The Pineapple Ginger Mojito.

All are now available at Four Seasons Hotel's major outlets during Sunday Brunch.
