Jaguar Land Rover Opens New Flagship Showroom in Bangkok

City Automobiles has invested more than 300 million Baht to create a flagship showroom on Bangkok’s Rama 4, a location set to become the first showroom in Asia Pacific to provide ‘best in class’ service and after sales service.  The new facility aims to raise the bar for an exceptional customer experience through new world class Jaguar Land Rover Global Standards.  The Rama 4 showroom will feature 3S facilities: Services, Sales and Spare Parts - the first showroom to offer this in the entire Asia Pacific region.  This new facility will also provide the ultimate Customer Experience by bringing to life two global iconic brands - Jaguar and Land Rover - and helping to establish City Automobiles as a leading organisation through effectiveness, consistency and efficiency.


 

 

The investment in the Rama 4 showroom demonstrates a commitment to continuously improving customer quality experience, and to enriching the relationship the customer has with their Jaguar Land Rover vehicle.  All after sales services will be provided exclusively at the new Rama 4 location.

Facilities at the new premises include a sculpture wall, a customer lounge, a hospitality zone, a handover room and an after sales area.
