Champagne and Oyster Festival @ RedSky Restaurant
Centara Grand at CentralWorld patrons now have the chance to sit atop Bangkok while sampling a top class champagne and oyster pairing. RedSky Restaurant on the hotel's 55 storey is currently holding a French Oyster Festival in tandem with Mumm champagne.

Famous oyster specialists Parcs Saint Kerber have been appointed to provide fresh supplies straight from the oyster beds at Cancale, in Mont Saint Michel Bay. These are being served raw and cooked in a range of styles by Executive Chef Hoeps Paul Andreas. Varieties include Tsarkaya, Creuse, Plate-Belon, Pied de Cheval, Special Saint Kerber and Muirgen, served with Tabasco sauce, shallot vinaigrette and chester bread.
The innovative RedSky Restaurant provides stunning views of Bangkok from its lofty vantage point. The champagne and oyster festival is the latest promotion in a range of gastronomic delights, and will be available every night until March 15th 2012. Oysters can be eaten singly, at 125 baht, or as part of an 855 baht selection.
