The event featured many Bangkok celebrities
The EM District in Bangkok, consisting of The Emporium and The EmQuartier, held “The EM District x GQ Men’s Playground” recently, presenting the ultimate modern men’s lifestyle and men’s interests.
The event opened with a free running show by Anan Anwar which included a fashion show and a performance by models Sean Jindachot, Due-Arisara Thongborisut, Tina-Suppanad Jittaleela, Bie-Tassapark Zee (KPN), Piyanut Dangpoonphol (KPN), Pasut Senaprem (KPN). Celebrities from various industries also joined the runway parade and included Sittichok Plengpanich, Kawin Iamsakul, Nattawut Treewisawawet, Apiwat Injanda and Kongphob Eursirisub. Brands on display included Adolfo Dominguez, Banana Republic, Bathing Ape, Beams, Massimo Dutti, MSGM, N.Kanzai, Penfield, Roxy, Saya, Ted Baker, UnCENSORED, Vilebrequin, Zara along with a mini concert from SCRUBB.
A Boy Toys exhibition showcasing this season’s must-have gadgets and items proved popular, while coffee fans savoured a special brew and exclusive menu items from Amatissimo Caffe at the CAFÉ zone. Guests had their photos taken at Photo Studio by Uniqlo by a professional GQ photographer, while hair styling by professionals at The Lounge at Gentlemen’s Barber raised funds that will be donated to HRH Princess Soamsawali’s Funds for Cancer Treatment in Children.
For the first and only time, the Pop Up Recording Studio organised by SAE Institute Thailand enabled guests to make CDs, enjoyed opportunities to join Sqweez Animal, and bought CD singles to take home as souvenirs.
